Minimum order quantity explained
Ramen Markt sells by the pallet. This page sets out exactly what that means in cartons, packs and portions for each of the three ranges.
The minimum is one pallet
The minimum order is a single pallet, but a pallet holds a different number of cartons depending on the range. Noodle packages and bowls ship 80 cartons per pallet. Hot sauces ship 85 cartons per pallet.

What a carton contains
For the packet range, one carton holds 8 packs of 5 portions — 40 portions per carton. A full 80-carton pallet is therefore 3,200 individual portions. That is worth working through before choosing flavours: most first orders concentrate on three or four proven lines rather than spreading across all eleven.
Bowls are single-serve units, so each bowl is its own retail item and cartons can go straight to shelf. Sauces are 200g bottles.
Mixing flavours
Flavours can be mixed within the same category to reach the minimum carton count. If you want a mixed load across categories — packets and sauces on the same pallet, for example — say so in your inquiry and we will quote it.
