Air freight delivers in 7–14 days. Sea freight 45–60 days. This page covers freight options, documentation and what is quoted separately from the goods.
Freight options
Delivery is arranged for your location and preferred method:

Transit times are indicative and exclude customs clearance at destination. The transit time for your specific route is confirmed in your quotation.
What travels with your order
Every shipment is accompanied by full export documentation:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Bill of lading
- Health certificates, on request
Where we ship
We ship to over 50 countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK, EU countries, Australia, the UAE and most of Asia. If you are unsure whether we can reach your market, ask — availability depends on the destination's import rules for food products.
What is quoted separately
Carton prices exclude shipping, insurance and any customs duties. Those are calculated for your destination and confirmed upfront in the quotation, which we send within 24 hours. There are no hidden fees.
Tracking and delivery
A tracking number is issued once your shipment is dispatched. See order tracking, or contact the team on +82 10-1167-7226. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence — the refund and cancellation policy sets out the remedies.
